About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to requests you submit through it. By submitting a request you agree to them. Provision of commercial transport and haulage services are additionally subject to our written carriage terms (RHA Conditions of Carriage), which will be provided to you before any booking is confirmed.
Requests and estimates
- Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed when we confirm it to you directly.
- Prices shown on the website are estimates based on the information you provide and an approximate road distance. Final prices depend on availability, exact routes, access, waiting time, and other factors we will discuss with you.
- Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated; VAT is added at the prevailing rate.
Road haulage services
You must accurately describe the load, including its weight, dimensions, and any hazardous characteristics. We may refuse or re-quote loads that differ from the description given. Carriage is subject to standard UK Road Haulage Association (RHA) terms of business.
Using the website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, submit false requests, or use automated tools to submit forms. We may block access where we suspect abuse.
Liability
We take care to keep the website accurate and available but provide it "as is". Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless you are a consumer entitled to bring proceedings elsewhere in the UK.
